AI at work
At hoichoi I'm the product manager for AI adoption across 20+ departments: I find the slow, repetitive work in each team and rebuild it with AI. hoichoiOS, an internal assistant that answers from all of those departments in one place, came out of that. Before it, at 5D VDC, I put together 50+ reusable prompts and skills for documentation, Excel entry and audits, which cut manual processing time by about 60%. mydawAI takes the same idea home: remembering a dose is exactly that kind of repetitive work, so an agent does it.

In mydawAI, an agent turns a prescription photo or a voice note into a schedule, asks about any line it isn't sure of, then follows up on each missed dose and tells the caretaker only if it stays unanswered. In tanhAI, Sarvam 30B reads what you want, Sarvam 105B plans the order and Swiggy's MCP fills the cart. At 5D VDC, a multi-agent system on WhatsApp sorts each message by intent and handles issue tracking and document lookups in Autodesk, which made finding a document about 70% faster. In rihAI, a second agent drops any song whose lyrics argue with your mood.

mydawAI is my own, in open beta: one Taken button and no snooze, because a snooze turns a reminder into a negotiation, and the caretaker hears only when a dose goes unanswered. At 5D VDC I took etiS, a suite of six construction-tech products, from nothing to two enterprise clients and 200+ users in three months: the MVP scope, the market and competitor work, and the Autodesk and Zoho integrations. I also designed Nudge, a four-tier alert system built on usage data, which removed 40K redundant submissions and cut process errors by 20%.

Design
Aesthetics are part of the job, not polish at the end. In mydawAI the whole interface is one WhatsApp message with one button, and chintu the koala does the talking. This site goes furthest: black and white with a faint tint that follows the time of day, set in Geist and Newsreader, ASCII figures throughout, and a Kolkata traffic signal in 3D on the home page. I start from research and references, then iterate on the design with AI until it looks right.

Data
I studied statistics at St. Xavier's. At 5D VDC I built a Tally ERP pipeline for a garments business in eastern India: 150K+ ledger entries a month feed stock audits, anomaly checks and live dashboards, which saves analysts 30+ hours a week and brought reconciliation accuracy to 96.4%. In mydawAI each Taken lowers a stock count, and when it runs low a refill goes to a local chemist once you approve it. The case studies go further into why people quit surveys halfway, and why the same prompt can give different answers.

Enough to ship my own products. mydawAI runs entirely inside WhatsApp, with no app to install, and encrypts medicine names, notes and prescriptions before storing them. sunAI is Python and FastAPI around Sarvam's text-to-speech, with a phonetic dictionary in front so code terms are pronounced instead of translated. rihAI is a Streamlit app on Spotify's API. This site is Next.js and TypeScript on Vercel, with the signal built in Blender and drawn in three.js.

Founder's Office
At hoichoi I take the special projects the founder sets directly: scope each one, turn it into a plan and deliver it when the business needs it. I also build the content pipelines and automated reports that give leadership a regular read on the business without anyone putting it together by hand. Outside hoichoi I'm a founder myself, of mydawAI, now in open beta. In college I led the machine learning track at GDSC and ran workshops for 100+ students.
